Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of the La Petite Fonk Mail Club, a monthly subscription featuring mailed artwork and creative items.
2. Subscription & delivery
- Price: €8.95/month for France, €12/month for everywhere else.
- Billing: on the same day you subscribed.
- Shipping: first week of each month, no tracking.
- Shipping fees: included in the price.
- Sign up by the last day of the month to receive the following month's mailer.
Example: if you subscribe on January 1st, your first mailer is the February edition, sent during the first week of February.
3. Payment
Payments are processed online via a payment provider (Stripe or equivalent, to be implemented). Card data is handled by the provider and not stored by La Petite Fonk.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the subscription date to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, contact us at info@lapetitefonk.com.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Until the Stripe customer portal is set up, cancellations are handled by email at info@lapetitefonk.com. The cancellation takes effect on the next billing date.
6. Consumer mediation
You may use the following consumer mediation service: CM2C — www.cm2c.net.
