My story
Hello, I’m Forawyn Fonk — a dreamer whose head is often somewhere in the clouds. Originally from the Netherlands, I now feel at home in La Rochelle, where I settled for love. I work intuitively and let myself be guided by color, travel memories, and the small, quiet moments of everyday life that often go unnoticed.
My paintings emerge spontaneously, with layers of acrylic, drawn lines, and playful textures. When I work, I often forget everything around me. Through my art, I hope to share a sense of lightness, wonder, and recognition.
